People can make you laugh, make you smile, feel good about yourself, but true happiness has to come from you! It's okay to remember the horrible things in life that made you who you are, but you can't let them control you and your happiness. I have a thinking room. When I walk in, I pick up my problems, I think about them, pray about them, for as long as necessary. When I leave the room i hang up my problems on the hook next to the door. Metaphorically of course, but it works for me.

@LT COL CHARLIE Lt Col Charlie Brown , those are two great questions. To honestly answer them, I have not always liked myself, and I am not proud of some of the things I've done,had to do, and shld have done.
But I'm learning to look at the light. One day at a time, and focused on the things I have done right, and the thing's I will do in the future. Learning to live with who life and the road I chose made me into. And how can use my life experience to help others. #still learning..
