Do you think that about all the many male candidates who complete phase 2 and then are not selected to continue as well, or just her? That's the very nature of assessing and selecting people for very elite units--the vast majority who try, don't get selected. But that's the whole point of having the selection process in the first place.

I'm glad she tried and excelled, but I can see the problem in the telling of the story. Deadlift 225 and press 145. She wouldn't be able to drag a companion out, much less pick up carry. The USMC, instead of testing Bailey's, is going to have to find some Northern Wisconsin Bertha's that have been throwing cows around all their lives. That sounds really sexist, hell it is, but it's also reality. She'd probably be a great sniper. Low profile, small cross section. Put her in Gilley and loose her on a golf course.
