This is how thousands of Americans are being treated by the Trump Administration --
"Then on Monday came another surprise. A colleague told him something was up. More guidance was coming about the termination letters sent Friday.
"Sure enough, an hour or two later, we got that email that said it was sent in error, and as such, 'It is not currently in effect,'" Macans says. "Well, what does that mean?"
He wasn't too reassured. The following afternoon, he received a third notification, and then a fourth, confirming that he was, in fact, being terminated, effective close of business that same day, Feb. 11. The two letters were nearly identical."

That approach is a complete Violation of all the laws of labor and industries as well a civil rights. This purge is 100% illegal in the way it is being used. The targets are massive, management, Labor including union Employees. Termination without just cause and specific charges is NOT proper. As an elected Union Official Myself for over 20 years plus as many with Management it's hard to imagine this type of abuse. I've seen Management do less that this and get terminated themselves and some even sent to jail for Labor law Violations and unfair labor practices.

IMO, Trump is getting exactly what he wants, chaos. To add to his power. With chaos come public dissent, which will allow him to call in the Brown Shirts. That will lead to further public dissent which will result in even further action by him, leading to more strict laws and restriction of civil rights.
