Looking for employment? One of the things you can do to help yourself is create an elevator speech- a very short introduction to yourself that you can use when meeting someone who may be interested in hiring you or in referring you to someone who can. These are very helpful at job fairs

Here’s a concise version of tips for crafting an elevator speech:

1-Start with a Hook: Open with a question or intriguing fact to grab attention.

2-Introduce Yourself: Briefly state your name and what you do.

3-Explain What You Offer: Focus on the value or benefits of your work or product.

4-Highlight the Benefit: Show how you solve a problem or improve someone's life.

5-Make It Memorable: Stand out with a unique twist or closing statement.

6-End with a Call to Action: Invite further conversation or action (e.g., schedule a meeting).

7-Be Authentic: Keep it natural, concise, and conversational.

8-Tailor it to your audience and practice until it feels comfortable and confident.

And don't have the patience and toleration for younger generation; as well as their lack of ambition, drive, initiative, common sense, and calling "The Truth" toxic
