My birth state of KS is clearly voting today with these values; they are considering a very red state yet have a democratic governor and did not vote to abolish abortion in the state. Probably one of a few states that vote on personal beliefs and not party line. Living on this policy of voting for what I believe and not party line has provided me an opportunity to look at both parties and make my own educated decisions.
