I expect you realize that the capability to think is a communicable attribute of God. There is absolute power in God’s perfect thoughts which are infinitely higher than our thoughts. Yet HE condescends to fellowship with each of us and HE respects our thought process and encourages and admonishes us to take every thought captive to the obedience of Christ John.

2. Every parent innately understands that infants are born selfish through-and-through :-)
a. Children need to be taught how to obey, to be kind, to share, to clean themselves, to clean up after themselves, play nicely, etc. Their inclination is the opposite :-)
