When We Were Kids Living In Michigan,
My Mom Had A Parakeet Whom Had Free Run Of The House.
And When Mom Sat Down For Coffee "Pete" Would Fly Over & Join Her
At The Dining Room Table. He'd Either Sit On Her Head & Nestle,
Or Land On The Table And Keep Her Company & Occasionally Take A Sip Of Her Coffee..
One Day Pete Flew Over, Took A Sip Of Mom's Coffee & The Coffee ~ Just Freshly Poured, Was HOT ~ Pete Took ONE Ship & Flew Back To His Cage And STAYED There For Almost A Week Before Coming Back Out.
