Do you have a ‘need to know’? It does seem strange, with our expenditures for the military and for 18 intel agencies no one has an answer! Or don’t they want to admit incompetence?

CSM Charles Hayden Could be about anyone, I've seen Videos of My Son in Law and Oldest Grandson building pretty technical Drones in their Garage. I've been buzzed by the Small aircraft that is PVPD Drone going down Somerset just above the cars. Doing Security at Events I'm used to KCPD having One parked over My Head. I'm not reading Much into It Yet!

CSM Charles Hayden Has anyone tried a Simple Spark Gap Generator with a Signal Amplifier to Knock them Out of the Sky? Of Course that will Knock Out all Telecommunicaitons (Cell Phones, Radio, TV, WIFI) For a Couple Blocks but was always one of My Favorite Tricks!
