Ive personally never understood why military vets get so up in arms about this mask and vaccine stuff. How many vaccines have we been forced to take? Yet when we talk about adding one more to the huge list already in place we act like its an affront to our rights. Our uniforms have so many specific regulations covering them and it has to be worn just so and helmets have to be worn in hard top vehicles but require a mask and "dere tekin our freedum!" Masks may be the smallest sacrifice humans have had to endure for the greater good but people are whining like snowflakes more than when silk and rubber were rationed in WW2.

It's a different kind of vaccine than the ones people have taken previously and the testing was limited.

Lt Col Charlie Brown how exactly are the 8 or so vaccines I got in MEPS and before deployments different from the COVID vaccine? But really that’s beside the point. I’ve seen so many posts on this site that eventually tell active duty members to “suck it up buttercup” and “the army owns you” and now many of those same people are whining about how it violates their rights while they’ve previously told other service members they gave up their rights when they signed up. Just makes me scratch my head a bit is all…
