U.S. Government Appeals Pistol Brace Decision to 5th Circuit

There it is. I warned that it would come. When the Gov't loses a 2A case they appeal all the way to SCOTUS. When they lose at SCOTUS they write another law, and it starts over. It's not going to stop until Congress is firmly in the hands of conservatives. Vote when it's time to, quit believing the lie that your vote doesn't matter. If you don't like the way the country is being run, but you don't vote to change it, your enabling the other folks to run away with it.
