The Evolution & Legacy of Lever-Action Rifles

This is really an advertisement for Big Horn Armory's large caliber Lever Guns. there is some history at the beginning as an "appetizer" You won't get the RoF from a lever that you get from a semi, but if your pulling your semi trigger as fast as you can there's a lot of bullets going past the target, being wasted. Loading a Lever gun is time consuming as opposed to slapping a magazine in to the well. In a prolonged encounter I'd rather have a mag fed semi, at least until I've run through my preloaded mags. So, 6 of one, half dozen of the other. I do like the look of a lever gun.
