We often cannot control situations but we can control how we react to them. So many people want to go back and second guess their decisions or their actions and then ruminate on what they think went wrong. What use is that? Take a lesson learned, if there is one and find something positive in where you are right now! How can you reframe something that you may not be happy with into a positive view?
