There's been much talk on SCOTUS and the Chevron Doctrine In the past couple of weeks. If you're not aware of what Chevron is about, read this. SCOTUS was not making a power grab in it's ruling, it's taking the ability to make law, by Bureaucrats, away from functionaries and placing it back in the realm of the Legislative Branch, Congress, where it's supposed to be. Congress, in this case, could pass a bill that says private business is responsible for paying the salaries of Federal Inspectors assigned to them, and POTUS could sign it. I don't think it would float very well with the American people though. Jus sayin'.
