Two things. The courts have ruled before that illegal aliens have rights under the Constitution. I don't like the rulings, but our Declaration of Independence says, "We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights,...".
Second, the ruling, in my opinion, destroys state and federal ID rules for gun ownership. Jokingly, the state of Hawaii will find another "Aloha" spirit somewhere in the ether to chill the right to own and bear arms.

SGT (Join to see) I would like to to but the second greatest document ever written in these United States, the first being the Constitution, is a tough nut to crack. The Declaration doesn't say Americans, it says all men.

LTC Trent Klug - I'll only take that as far as innocent until proven otherwise. We don't know how many criminals have walked across in the last 3 years. The preamble says "We the People *OF* the United States...", what qualifies the *OF*? It indicates some type of special relationship, some manner of qualification.
