Yes they have because we all know it's to stop a political opponent. Not because crimes were committed.

IMHO, the NY charges are ridiculous. The GA charges are over the top, but based on real crimes (but should still be in federal court).
The classified docs charges are 100% real and valid. And the other charges are a stretch. Politically motivated, but still on stable (I won't go as far as solid, but at least stable) ground.
Trump has committed many MANY crimes, IMHO. While holding him accountable for these crimes may be politically motivated, it does not mean that he did not commit the crimes.

SFC Casey O'Mally The classified materials charges are a crock. Obama had classified documents stored unguarded in a warehouse. No charges. Pence had them. No charges. Biden had them from his time as a senator and vice president, stored in an unguarded college office and in his garage. No charges. Yet Trump's charges are valid? The double standard by the DOJ is palpable.
