Ok, this is an ad for his book; “What This Comedian Said Will Shock You”. If you were around and aware when Maher started his TV shows, you'll know his outlook hasn't changed. What he was saying in the early 90's is the same things He's saying today. His forte is pointing out idiocracy. He's always been funny to some and offensive to others. What's changed is the make up of society. I'm going to break down and buy a copy of the book. Don't know what to tag this as, He was basically a satirist/comedian from the time in which comedians could say shocking things and it was considered humor, a contemporary would have been George Carlin.

Maher is a died in the wool never say die liberal. Always has been, always will be.
And, according to this article, what he is saying is routine for Fox News these days.
But.... Don't worry, the political landscape hasn't changed. Or if it has, it has shifted to the right. As you can see by a die hard liberal saying the exact same things as..... Fox News.

Don't fall for it. Bill Maher is a "which way is the wind blowing" type of guy. He's still a liberal douch bag and while once in a while he appears to be agreeing with a conservative opinion you can count on him to vote democrat 100% of the time.
