MSG Stan Hutchison Yesterday I was on the highway and someone had dented one section of the guardrail. Two guys were working on it and 7 others were standing talking and laughing; just having a good time. On the local TV news they warn property owners they better start preparing for next Springs tax increases. So, politics aside, I want to see my money spent more wisely.
