Work requirements got dropped during the plandemic, one of many Democratic wet dreams that got pushed through due to the "emergency."

Here is a less biased article from March 2023. The proposals from similar bills about SNAP:

- Raising the maximum age for work requirements from 49 to 65
- Cutting down on a state's ability to waive work requirements
- Emphasizes work requirements for able-bodied adults without children
