Damn right, Prof!! Here in New Jersey, I'm not allowed to exercise my inherent Second Amendment rights anywhere nearly as equally as my fellow Americans in Vermont, Arizona, etc. -- all the 18 states with "Constitutional carry".
Maybe we need a Federal law requiring states to ALL adopt Constituional carry.
