Federal Gun Ban for Drug Users Survives Constitutional Challenge

This one is from Bloomberg. Once again the first sentence is the tell all for the material being presented. It's all a load of shite. That Judge, Stras, pulled his opinion straight out of His a$$. The examples he cites in His opinion have no bearing on the case that was before him, and I'm fairly certain will be overturned on appeal.
I don't want to see someone that is not in control of their faculties waving a gun around in public, but that scenario seems to be a self correcting situation.
