Thank you, my friend Lt Col Charlie Brown for posting 25 of the Sloppiest Repairs You'll Ever See. Since surgery is a repair of sorts it could of been useful to see some sloppy surgeries. I certainly have been through a number of surgeries where mistakes were made accidentally - cut into bladder, accidental tear of spinal column. All major surgeries are sloppy with blood, gore, discarded pieces of tissue, bone, etc.
