SGT (Join to see) If the fearful Dems would just relax and go with the flow of the Trump Team Making America Great Again, those Left wouldn’t obsess over DJT himself. Let’s see Trump lead to make America great again. Maybe we’ll stop seeing the twisted ideologies of the Left, ie a heavy promotion of aborting our babies. The Left opens the S border wide to supposedly let in oppressed foreigners for a new chance in America, but then are obsessed with killing Americans in the womb, giving them no chance.

Actually, this is good politics (for the left) because it forces Republicans to go on the record about Trump and the constitutional term limit. If the resolution gets a vote, and Republicans vote against it (to show support for Trump), the Democrats will use the votes against Republicans on the campaign trail. The political campaign ads will say something like "Republican X voted against the Constitution and wants to install a King."
TDS? Sure. Dirty politics? Sure. Will it work? Remains to be seen. Regardless, I can see why he is doing this.
