Madison County judge rules in favor of man claiming self-defense in fatal shooting

This is Huntsville/Redstone Arsenal territory. Another community with a large population of active duty and retired. It's maybe 1.5 hours from where I live. I was stationed there for almost 5 years, working in the secondary lab, while I was AD. It is not a place to be waving a gun around.
