Liberals pressure Senate Democrats to confirm more Biden judges while they can

Since all Judges are supposed to be following the Constitution's lead, I have a problem with the distinction between a "Biden" Judge or a "Trump" Judge. The way it's being broken down here causes me to think that maybe one of these groups isn't following the proper concepts of adjudication.

Of course they want more judges who don't know what a woman is, or what the Constitution says or its contents mean.

Conservative judges use the Constitution as the basis for their decisions, not their feelings.
