The author says that housing is a major part of this problem. Meanwhile within a half mile of my House at least 50 new homes have been, or are being built, on quarter or half acre lots. They are getting sold before they are completed. City water has been run out this far, city sewer has not. It will be now, there's no way those houses will be able to use a septic system. Anybody want to buy a house on a 3 acre lot in middle TN?
