How can a weed smoker be a dangerous person when they are typically sitting on the couch or an easy chair with a stupid grin on their faces. I don't partake of any intoxicants. I like life better sober. Any time I get an urge, i remember that when my head is clear again, the problem will still be there, so just fix it now.

It is my position that if you intend to handle firearms then your mind cannot be fogged by drugs.

Do you mean like Alcohol? Medically prescribed Opioids? Ambient? ect ect ect?

Well of course those above and or marijuana should not be used in conjunction with firearms...... But if not under the influence of any of that, why should your previous use remove your 2nd amendment rights today?

While I don't smoke cannabis (ooh, see what I did there? How European of me), I support this ruling. Non violent drinkers of alcohol (like me) don't lose our rights, neither should they. I don't drink while carrying, or firing my weapon, and cannabis consumers shouldn't either.
