Don't matter we are going to scare the hell out of half the population.
Someone said something earlier on another thread about "common sense." Is it common sense to allow carrying a firearm into a bar? I saw a lot of that in the roadhouses in Alaska.(78-82) Some bad shit happened.
Or did I read this one wrong?

Maj John Bell - and yet some states are doing that right now with restrictions on voting because there may be some sort of fraud.
As to the gun issue, those are not necessarily "unfounded fears." Just as alcohol and automobiles no not mix, neither does alcohol and guns,

Are firearms more secure or less secure if someone who carries must disarm themselves and arm themselves repeatedly as they go about their daily business because they don't have AFFIRMATIVE consent?
If I want to open carry my pistol while I'm at the park with my grandkids, someone's fear of my pistol is not my problem. It's theirs. I don't have to calm someone's irrational fears.
don't tell me that voter fraud does not occur and that if it is not caught, it could result in an election loser being wrongly awarded the seat.
