'Ordinary Citizens' Don't Need 'Weapons Of War' or 'High-Capacity' Magazines, Yeah About That.......

"Democrat politicians are quick to insist that “ordinary citizens” don’t need “weapons of war” nor “high-capacity” magazines.
They love cynical sound-bites like, “No one needs ten bullets to kill a deer” (as if we were even talking about sport shooting)."
I get tired of hearing statements like those above. Let me break it down for you. The 2A was included by the founders when the realized that had it not been for all the privately owned firearms in the hands of the Colonists, there wouldn't have been a new American Nation. The "Arms" they were guaranteeing your Rights to were the very arms that were used to Kill British troops and win the war. The 2A is not about hunting, it never was. It's about having the ability to kill Enemies, both Foreign and Domestic, on American soil. As such, it is about "weapons of war" and an Americans right to 'Keep and Bear" such weapons. The "Shall not be Infringed" part means if someone is trying to confiscate them, from Law Abiding Citizens, they have become the aggressor. I don't know that I can say it any more bluntly than that. If you're a Hoplophobe go back to your Hobbit Hole and let the adults take care of the adult things. There will never be a world of rainbows and Unicorn kisses. You can dream about it all day long and throw all you money in a wishing well. At the end of the day day you'll just be broke.

Well I do not consider myself an "Ordinary Citizen" given that I'm part of the LESS than 1% who have served in the US MILITARY especially given that I have either pulled the trigger or pushed the button on nearly everything the Army has in inventory and systems that never made it to the field. Be that as it may the Bill of Rights are GUARANTEED INDIVIDUAL RIGHTS afforded all citizens of the U.S.A.
Therefore no one has the Right to determine what I need or do not need. That is my decision and mine alone.
