Truth in history never changes, just perceptions.
Trump is a convicted felon.
The only President to be impeached twice!
He LOST when running for reelection.
He is a self-confessed sexual abuser; "I just grab them by the p****Y"
He ran a scam "school."
He ran a scam "foundation."
Those are all honest facts. Try as anyone may, those facts will never change.
And for the SFC that blocks me, Nothing is "falling apart. His pals in the courts just gave him a possible way out.

I disagree with the case in the first place and the way it was executed was ridiculous, IMHO. Merchan deserves to be tossed off the bench and Bragg should have his law licensed suspended if not revoked (after all, if it is good for Giuliani, it is good for Bragg).
That being said, this is ridiculous. There is absolutely no rational way that Trump or his lawyers can claim the hush money was even remotely related to official duties.
Appeal on the multiple available legal grounds, don't wast everyone's time with shenanigans.
I condemned Bragg for essentially creating law to find a way to prosecute Trump. I now condemn the Trump team for essentially creating law (or attempting to do so) to try to overturn the conviction.
