I was Military Police Enlisted and officer before going to Civil affairs.
We need Military Police input on this subject! The deep state lefties here will not believe that states have their own authority without the need of the President for Civil Disturbance mitigation.

This was basic 95B/now 31B Military p31Police correspondent's course book.
You can't blame president trump for january 6th lack of response.
I remember taking this course back in 1994. The 50 States including the District of Columbia have authorization to mobilize their own National Guard without the need for the Pesident's or Congessional Authorization.
You have to go through different departments if you want to federalize and ask for assistance from other states or from the federal government.
Besides civil disturbance formations, It also describes the steps involved for a state to ask for federal assistance. This And close the District of Columbia.
Presidential immunity or no immunity makes no difference. Illegal Special Council weiss will not be able to prosecute him on this.
