I say No. It will impact gun control laws enacted during the last 50 years. It has to go to trial 1st. no matter how it turns out in this trial there will be appeals, unless Congress repeals the laws He' being charged under. If it isn't a crime there isn't a trial.

It shouldn’t affect the 2nd half, but there are a lot of things that shouldn’t do something but fails at that.

Pretty typical. He did the deed so he alone should be on trial. But no, the 2ñd amendment faces the court which affects millions of law abiding citizens. Something is up, like maybe this was the plan all along.

It certainly wasn't "The Big Guy's" plan. The sweetheart deal would have eliminated these charges completely.

We already have at least 2 circuit courts that have invalidated that part of the 4473 so the gun charges should have been dropped.
