Will NY be the State that Destroys All Government Gun Permitting Schemes!?

And I ask, How can it be collective if individuals are not included? It's oxymoronic, "everybody" can, but "You" can't. Where is the "Common Sense" in that. This is a lengthy article, not fresh cup of coffee long, but it's not a 3 minute read.
