I'm happy this is going forward. It has much larger implications than just the second amendment. If the courts decide that Judge Coleman's decision is correct in the Carbajal-Flores case. It will set precedent for all residents, not just Citizens, being covered by the Constitution. If the Court finds for DOJ, there are states that have enacted laws that give non-citizens Constitutional type rights, and this will now give standing to challenge those unconstitutional laws in the courts. This case is about, who is included as "We" in "We, the People..."
