Agreed. There isn't enough info to qualify the topic . It's a fact however that bias regarding every judge, in every case exists. Prominent dissenters should realize that, regardless of what side they're on, their publicly stated opinions, UNDERMINE citizens' confidence in the justice system.
Politicization of everything today is the cause for much of society's distrust. That's especially harmful when it comes to jurist integrity. Case in point is the SCOTUS and near constant debate about any given Justice., and hence the court overall.
In short it's the erosion of confidence feeding the erosion of societal values
