Connecticut trooper acquitted in shooting death of Black college student following chase

He may have been acquitted but he will have to live with it the rest of his life.

SFC Joe S. Davis Jr., MSM, DSL Not being in the courtroom to hear all the testimony I'm not so sure he should have got off on all the charges. A guy sitting in a car with a knife has little chance of doing any harm. I mean, to throw a knife would require you to most likely put your hand over your head to throw it. Throwing sideways through a window? Very ineffective in my opinion. But our opinion doesn't count, it's the jury's that does.
If nothing else, this trooper will have to live the rest of his life knowing he killed someone who most likely didn't need to be killed.
