SCOTUS didn't absolve Trump of "insurrection" and "engaging in" it. They just said that states don't have the right to exclude him from the ballot (and that Congress must do that). SCOTUS didn't even address the underlying conduct that led Colorado to exclude him.

look at pages 2 and 3 where they bring up the charges and then end the thread with "We reverse"

SGT (Join to see) - They reversed the Colorado Supreme Court's decision to exclude him from the ballot. They didn't reverse the underlying factual findings about Trump engaging in an insurrection.

What I don’t understand is why some folks don’t get it. No charges filed against him for insurrection and consequently no conviction of same, yet they keep clamoring about him being guilty of insurrection.
