Ahh, nope. Happened in service, so jurisdiction lies with government. Unless, she goes civie and it gets a different feel to it. Not often, unless pictures, video, DNA and the likes. I remember a similar situation with a former President, yes?

And? This is a surprise for you? One of two prominent actions happened. He came on to her, she got pissed, made a huge issue of it or she wanted him, he said no, she lied and made a bigger deal about it. Usually winds up being a he said, she said. Both careers ruined in the process.
