18 killed, 13 injured in Maine mass shooting as police hunt for gunman

Ok, another crazy with a gun. Or is it? The target selection is weird, to me. I think when it all shakes out we're going to find that at least one victim at each site had a personal relationship with the shooter. If it had been just one location I'd go along with the just another crazy, lock Him in an Institution. My opinion on it that it was 2 premeditated acts of Murder and the other people were wrong place, wrong time, to get a psychiatric diagnosis and maybe not spend the rest of His life behind bars.
