Montana Man Arrested by ATF for Carrying Gun in a School Zone

Yeah, no matter which way this one goes, there's going to be appeals. He lives directly across the street from the school. apparently He was arrested for being on the sidewalk in front of His house. Gun Control much?

Interested to see how this plays out in court. In GA if one has a current weapons carry license they may have a weapon (firearm, knife, etc.) in a motor vehicle while picking up or dropping off a student for school or other activity.
The one issue with this caveat in the law would apply to those who are using Constitutional Carry having a weapon in a vehicle. They are not currently mentioned in the GA law. The law specifies those with a WCL.
