This won't fly any further than the Supreme Court limiting Congressional peccadilloes.

So, you guys don't think the Supreme Court Justices should have ethics? Rules?

MSG Stan Hutchison
PO3 Shayne Seibert - Incorrect.
"The Supreme Court’s lack of an ethics code has become a growing source of controversy in recent years, and Justice Elena Kagan testified to Congress in 2019 that the issue was “something that’s being thought very seriously about” at the court. The Washington Post reported in February the court has been actively discussing imposing a code of ethics for at least four years, but still hasn’t been able to impose one or decided if they will"

MSG Stan Hutchison - And none of them match anything that Congressional members controversies.
People are now looking for excuses to either limit the Supreme Court, or expand it to fit their agenda. With liberal judges being in the minority, the left can't control how the constitution is interpreted, and they can't have their way.

PO3 Shayne Seibert - Asking for a certain level of ethics is NOT 'having their way."

The left is all about control, and circumventing the constitution. They don't like an independent watchdog telling them what they can't do.

Incorrect. It is about ethical standards, and the lack thereof, in our Supreme Court, where the highest level of ethics should be standard.

MSG Stan Hutchison - And when the Democrats learn some ethics, we can talk. Until then, which will be when hell freezes over, they will bitch and moan because they can't get their way with their unconstitutional policies.
