While I understand where the Court is coming from, this ruling now gives stalkers a 'carte blanche' ruling where they have almost free reign to try and control another person's life.

I agree with SGT (Join to see). The Seccond Amendment rights of the person being stalked are going to supercede the stalkers right to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness. Most likely with two to the chest and one to the head.
