I'm all for Unions and collective bargaining. As the maintenance guy at the factory I hated when Contract time came around. If you're in a Union, go ahead with your slowdowns. But don't damage the equipment. You're gonna need it when the strike is over. The teamsters in this case could have made things so much worse for the company without damage to the vehicles or causing all that concrete wastage. It has to be poured out somewhere and there's probably going to be fines now.

Refusing tobwork is one thing. And, yes, that can cause INCIDENTAL financial damage. But causing INTENTIONAL financial damage is too far.

I've never been a union guy. I've worked three jobs where I was represented by a union and their representation never addressed our needs as I saw them. They only addressed the unions eboards needs.
I worked for Safeway in high schooI and paid dues. I filed a grievance and never heard from the union...ever.
I was never a member of AFGE in my 20 plus years with the BOP. Thank God.
I was a fair share member of SEIU and I thanked the Supreme Court every day after the Janus decision was handed down.
