Of course they rejected the evidence. Not everyone in the world is stupid. The fact that everyone from the DNC to the CIA jumped on the story was more about getting Trump out of Office and keeping him out rather than any real world evidence that any of it was true, as Durham points out. Some of the real remaining Journalist like Taibbi pointed that out early and anyone with some live brain cells left should have realized exactly were all of this stuff originated, the Clinton Campaign and DNC.
What just infuriates me is that now all the dirty laundry is out and no one is being charged with anything. If this had of happened on the Republican side in the 1970's, they would have put everyone involved in prison, and I would have been cheering them along.
