Court Enjoins Enforcement of New Jersey's New Anti-Gun Laws

Yes, there is too much crime. But preventing the ordinary law abiding citizen from his/her Constitutional rights is not a recipe for preventing crime.

Remember the days when some pervert abducted a child and authorities would round up all the known gay men as suspects. Today a district in my city announced they are seeking permission to fly the gay flag on power poles. Exchange the word 'pervert' to 'deviant' and you refer to a person who initiates a mass shooting; not the device used to commit the act. And once law makers can be made to accept guns aren't the criminals then we can all get back to what we love. Hunting, skeet tournaments, etc. just as gay people removed the yoke of persecution.
