Thank You Brother Steve for your comments to Sgt Kerry Harkins. For myself, I have a flip phone with all other features blocked. I use my phone to make phone calls and sometimes to receive phone calls. I don't have any pictures on my phone. One would think 'how boring' but I Love It. I was a slave to alcohol and drugs but I will never become a slave to a telephone.

Sgt (Join to see) He's right, social media is an addiction just like phones are to so many people. Addictions can be overcome but first you must be willing to admit to the problem. My students tell me it's impossible to be addicted to their phones. I ask them if I can keep their phone locked up in my file cabinet over the weekend. The answer is always, NO!
