My opinion is, that SCOTUS isn't expanding anything, They are returning to the Citizens the ability to enjoy the Rights of the Founders intentions in penning the 2nd. Anyone that claims these are expansions of the Amendment is a socialist hack worthy only of being ignored.

They are not expanding the Second, just protecting it

The statement about debunking the good guy with a gun myth was interesting. It is a poor attempt to shift the narrative. The CDC’ report from a few years back has been hidden and never published but other data shows shows the same thing . Defensive gun use in this country is not a myth, it is underreported in many areas of the country.
