Jeremy Brown is one of the more than 900 people arrested by the U.S. government surrounding the riot that took place on the U.S. Capitol on Jan. 6, 2021, but that incident wasn’t mentioned once in his federal trial in Tampa, which will go to the jury Monday.

Indeed, luck is needed but not on his side ... not with a jury poll from an area decidedly liberal and dependand upon the government. Most of these cases should have had a change of venue, especially considering the local, very biased news coverage that was blasted out by print, radio and TV "news" media.

Unfortunately having been Special Forces doesn't make one immune from making poor decisions.
