The former commander of 1st Special Forces Group, who was charged with assault and kidnapping after a 2020 armed standoff with police involving his wife and children, has been found guilty of three out of the seven charges against him.

Thats not good.Looks like the Col. may have snapped. Very sad for him and his whole family.

SGT Charlie Lee - Well, I think at the end of the day and what ever-side of the political spectrum ones on, we all need to check on one another. For me thats why I'am on this web-site. No matter what branch you were in, we all served and we have a strong brother-hood that we stand for. Marines have, Semper Fi, and God Country Corps.

Unfortunately the Army let him retire honorably... He was the 1 Corps COS when he did this. From anything I've heard about him, he's always been a real pos. I hope his wife divorced him and gets as much as she can out of him, not just half his retirement. I hope he gets the full 10 years but I doubt it.
