A homicide investigation into the killing of an Army sergeant assigned to Fort Bragg, N.C., led to the arrest of two individuals this week, according to the Fayetteville Police Department.

Both bases have rough neighborhoods outside. Off-duty and off-post incidents and violence are prevalent.

Cpl Vic Burk Brother, I can see training accidents & when the wars were going on the casualties. But these senseless killings, enough is enough.
