Just a couple of days ago, there was a discussion here on RP with one party claiming that we should not be concerned over Biden signing onto the UN weapons treaty. He maintained that only the congress could pass laws to curtail our 2nd. Perfect example here of an end run.

I think she told you that signing the treaty is one thing but it takes a 2/3 majority to approve before it can be enforced. Enter into a treaty with 2/3 of the Senate agreeing then it becomes the law of the land.

SGT (Join to see) Only insofar as it does not contradict the Constitution. Because that treaty might be the law of the land, but the Constitution is the SUPREME law of the land.

Every concerned pro-2nd here understands the Constitution, Bill of Rights and how they are amended. We also understand how creative the anti-2nd crowd is in attempting to curtail the exercise of the 2nd. Thats what this thread is about. Not a straight up amendment.

The VA either has, or has proposed (don't remember which, just vaguely remember reading about it) similar reporting rules.

And then they ask why people aren't seeking treatment.
